Thoroughly enjoyed Phoenix, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and upscale close to the activities we planned. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, everything was great. The breakfast had variety of options: coffee, tea, cookies and fruit. In general the service was superb. The pool was good too.

The queen room was well-appointed with a comfortable chair. The food quality was good. The staff was incredibly nice, allowing for early check-in and late check-out. The hotel is in a favorable and amazing location, close to Durant's restaurant and the Heard Museum.

Location was way north of downtown. We thought the room was too expensive for what you get.

Awsome friendly staff,great central location,clean comfy rooms and a very good hot breakfast with lots of choices made fresh daily. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. Front desk staff Paul and Tiffany were very helpful and made you feel welcome and at home!
Wi fi was free but a little bit underpowered and I couldn't sent photos or video clips as attachments.
